With the "blueobex" driver, I was able to get - phone info, - enhanced phonebook entries (however, it was only possible to get the phonebook entries from the phone memory, downloading info from the SIM memory did not work) - calendar entries - TODO entries.
Info, SMS, basic phonebook entries for the SIM memory, and calls can be retrieved using the "blueat" driver.
