Gammu 1.26.93

This release adds support for getting location from OpenCellID, brings compatibility with Clang compiler and fixes some minor issues in AT driver.

• Reporting location based on OpenCellID database (bug#1039).

There are also some optional requirements for additional features which are listed in INSTALL file in sources. This file also contains more detailed instructions about compiling Gammu.
